The courses were well presented, entertaining as well as informative, and key points always explained. Questions from the attendees were always addressed and nothing was ever left unanswered, with us being encouraged to raise queries when needed. For anyone looking to do the CP top-up, you'll find their training an invaluable mixture of essential new legislation content, practical hands-on training, helpful guidance and examples, and over and above content, plus refresher practices and procedures of CP. The course was also a great opportunity for networking and making new contacts, and it was very interesting to hear about other people's backgrounds and experiences, and the examples they gave in relation to the course content when appropriate. A well structured Close Protection Top Up training course delivered by Darren in clear and straightforward language, with good explanations behind the range of methods and terminology contained within workbook... read more materials. Darren maintained a close focus on all the learners to establish learning, ensuring engagement and interest from all participants, and emphasising the need for safety at relevant stages during practical elements. Prior to and during the end of course exams, Emily was a very effective invigilator, who made sure all understood the test rules and what support was available during the period when question papers were being completed.
