Darren maintained a close focus on all the learners to establish learning, ensuring engagement and interest from all participants, and emphasising the need for safety at relevant stages during practical elements. Prior to and during the end of course exams, Emily was a very effective invigilator, who made sure all understood the test rules and what support was available during the period when question papers were being completed.
